Dr. Jayson Eversgerd is a board-certified Emergency Physician with more than two decades of clinical, medical-director, and executive leadership experience. His background spans emergency medicine, occupational and industrial health, construction and energy operations, remote and offshore medical programs, telemedicine, international medical assistance, and government-supported operations.
He has held senior leadership and medical-director roles with global healthcare organizations, overseeing clinical governance, physician and field-provider performance, quality systems, medical program development, and operational health initiatives across complex domestic and international environments.
His work combines physician leadership with practical execution, including program design, protocols and standing orders, clinician oversight, QA/QI, occupational injury management, return-to-work guidance, regulatory interpretation, and complex medical decision-making.

Dr. Richard “Ricky” Misiaszek is a board-certified emergency physician with extensive experience supporting industrial, energy, offshore, remote, and geographically dispersed workforces throughout the United States and internationally. He has served as a medical director and topside physician for organizations operating in complex, high-risk, and resource-limited environments, providing clinical governance, telemedicine support, emergency consultation, and operational medical guidance.
Licensed in more than 40 states, Dr. Misiaszek brings substantial experience in occupational injury management, workforce medical readiness, clinical protocol development, emergency-response planning, evacuation decision-making, fitness-for-duty assessment, and return-to-work guidance. His work routinely requires coordination among onsite clinicians, safety professionals, operational leaders, case managers, and executive stakeholders to ensure that medical decisions remain clinically sound, operationally practical, and aligned with workplace safety systems.
In addition to his leadership and consulting work, Dr. Misiaszek maintains an active hospital-based emergency medicine practice. He previously served as Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine at Baystate Medical Center and earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. He is an elected member of Alpha Omega Alpha and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in emergency medicine, cardiovascular resuscitation, and molecular biomedical science.
